There is no need to have your middle name printed on the ticket/boarding pass.

It is only used for the purpose of checking to see if you are on the terrorist watchlist/no-fly list and is done behind the scenes. This is only to ensure that you won't be a "match" if somebody else has a similar name to you.

Note: If you are a "match", then the printing of your boarding pass will be inhibited anyway.
