I stayed at the Manhattan in the past, a great location just off Sukhumvit, just a bit in on small soi 15, which affords enough tranquility from street noise and still being very close to sukhumvit where the action is.
The buffet breakfast was good, american offerings and asian offerings which I prefered. The rooms are air conditioned, big and clean. I would not hestitate to go back there. The many eateries all around the hotel make this place a real treat!
