Called the DL plat line and they were surprised at the glitch and grateful that I let them know. Guess the moral is that if you are expecting an e-mail confirmation and don't get it, it's probably in my inbox.

I had that happen once a few years ago. I had asked for a dupe receipt and the agent misheard my PNR and didn't confirm any of the details, just asked for my email and sent the reciept. I still had him on the phone when it came to my inbox and told him it wasn't mine. He seemed embarassed and asked that I delete it, which I did.
