Hope this is an anomaly -- today about two hours after having to rewrite a DL ticket due to schedule change for a flight in Nov, I received an e-mail receipt and itinerary belonging to a total stranger. All her flight information, confirmation number, ticket number, form of payment, etc. appeared in an email to my address.

Called the DL plat line and they were surprised at the glitch and grateful that I let them know. Guess the moral is that if you are expecting an e-mail confirmation and don't get it, it's probably in my inbox.
