I just spent two nights there, but I use to be here a lot of time. This is not my favorité hotel in the Dayton area, even among the Holiday Inn ones.
I prefer the Holiday Inn Fairborn, 20 minutes driving, but a lot of restaurants here.

I agree with what has been said. Not nice, not bad, better if you get a room in 9th or 10th flooor.

The exercice room is nearly a disaster, I do not think there is a swimming pool.

The breakfest at the restaurant is very neice for the view on the city, but expensive, and the service is so slow.
Rita is a very nice person, I agree...

The downtown has no interest, very few restaurant, except two or three ones in the Oregon street, 5 minutes walking (one french restaurant in the begining of teh street is nice)

usually, you get acceptable rates around 80 US$.

I used long time ago to have my mail delivered to the hotel (DHL from Europe) but that caused many problems, several mails were lost by the hotel, no 'sorry', no comepnsation, I abandonned.
