Just took QR F from DXB. The lounge these days is at the Dubai International Hotel, shared with a handful of other airlines (mostly poor ones offering mid-haul service, although LX was strangely included on the sign).

The best part was the food and beverage, featuring a large buffet of hot and cold dishes, along with some two dozen liquors and a handful of wines. Among the widest selections of booze I have seen in an airport lounge.

There are a variety of seating options and a smoking room upstairs, basic bathrooms and no showers, and a couple of computers with internet. The service was good -- there were many attendants always coming by.
