Hi,

I have a reward cert that I redeemed for free rental at Hertz. Unfortunately, the cert is expiring at the end of Feb and I still haven't had a chance to utilize it. I emailed them a week ago and got no reply so I called customer service today and they told me it is neither possible to issue me an extension nor cancel my cert and redeposit my points. This is very unhelpful.

Instead, they convince me to call Hertz and ask them for an extension. I doubted this but I called Hertz anyway and they told me that since the award certificate was issued by Priority Club, they can't do anything about this.

Has anyone had a positive experience or know of someone I can speak to at Priority Club to either get an extension or cancel and redeposit my points?

Help and ideas much appreciated!
