Checkmytrip shows e-tkt receipt incorrectly, potential problem?

Hi folks!

A couple of months ago I booked following itinerary on BA: MXP-LHR-BOS//JFK-LHR-MXP. Some days ago, the JFK-LHR leg was retimed and the connection in LHR has become a short one. I therefore asked BA to be moved to an earlier flight, which was promptly done by the booking agent.

My booking on BA.com is now showing the new complete itinerary, with the new JFK-LHR showing as "confirmed". The same happens on checkmytrip.com, although the site shows the inbound as "New York to London" and "London to Milan" as opposed to the previous "New York to Milan". What worries me is that the JFK-LHR is missing completely from the menu "e-ticket receipt" on CMT (the shown itinerary is MXP-LHR-BOS//LHR-MXP).

May this be a problem? Has BA booked me on the new service, but forgotten to reissue the ticket? Or is this a normal occurrence and I shouldn't worry?
