Will NW WP to DL SM migration improve communications w/DL?

Open question to the DL Medallions out there - do you feel as though your emails and calls get appropriate routing/attention as Medallions vs. regular members?

The reason I ask is a hopeful one - that the migration might help diffuse some of the tension the NW Elites have going right now. Right now our DL accounts are mostly at the base level. Our status on the NW side which is at least perceptually one step removed from the 'mothership'. That's a tenuous position from our point of view.

If I may elaborate on why I say 'tenuous' its a NW perspective. NW doesn't have the greatest customer experience if you aren't elite and/or flying in coach - and that's putting it politely. As such many NW elites are very 'tuned' to the thinking that without status our emails are heading to a robot and/or file 13. As such we figure we won't be heard via DL channels.

Very soon now we'll be migrated into our DL accounts with status so my hope is that we'll start 'integrating' into DL and start testing the waters to see how emailing via DL.com and so on really works. Having such an outlet may help improve things.

Hence my question - do you think as DL Medallions we'll see the differetiation we might think we'll get or should we be bracing for something else?
