Immigration- Kuala Lumpur, Delhi, Kathmandu

My fiancee and I will have our trip to the three countries mentioned in the subject. We'll get the required visas to enter the said countries.

My concern is the transit to these countries. I already have the flight details that will maximize our 10-day trip but before I book, I have some questions about immigration procedures since this is our first time to do this kind of trip.

here is our planned itinerary:

1. once we arrive in Kuala Lumpur from Manila on Midnight, we plan to go to Delhi the evening the same day. (I think we only need to pass the normal immigration procedure and stay in KL overnight and tour the city for a few hours until the afternoon)

2. We leave from delhi to kathmandu four days after and we plan to stay in kathmandu for another four days. (I think there's still no problem)

3. My concern starts here. After our four-day trip to Kathmandu, we plan to return to delhi since the flight is cheaper compared to flying from kathmandu to kuala lumpur directly. The tentative arrival in Delhi is around 3pm (delhi time) then our return trip to Kuala Lumpur is 11pm the SAME DAY.
- My question is, do we still need to pass Indian Immigration again even if we will leave the same day to Kuala Lumpur? or there is no need for us to pass the Indian immigration after arrival since we do not plan to stay in India already? Is this allowable? Is this considered a connecting flight?

4. After our arrival in Kuala Lumpur at 7am in the morning from Delhi, we plan to continue our tour of the city since our flight back to Manila is still at 11pm of the same day.

My last concern is, do immigration officials allow entrance to Malaysia even if we stay less than 24 hours in the country? We plan to leave our baggage in the airport and go straight to the city to continue our sight-seeing then we return to the airport at check-in time.

I hope someone can enlighten me about my queries in number 3 and 4. If you think that there is also some issues that need to be addressed in 1 and 2, please inform me too.

Thank you,
