Having done too much travel with packed schedules and then adapting to slower trav, I really agree with bdemaria. Look at an itinerary that gives you 3-4 days in 3-4 places. Spend less time traveling, packing/unpacking etc. and get to know the chosen places better. You'll have a more relaxing and rewarding trip if you do.

That said, all the stops you mention are worthy. Just pick a couple for the next trip!
