Hi,
I'll be using LHR as a connection point within Europe the week of 10/11. I'm a Plat and have a long layover arriving and will leave the airport for a meeting and return for a 4pm flight on AF to CDG. Another long layover returning home the end of the week. Never been through Heathrow and have researched this form for lounges etc but do have some additional questions and would like to confirm my findings:
- How bad is LHR security now? I will be departing on AF in T2 on Monday afternoon then back through T4 on CO Friday afternoon. I know a few years ago lines in London were said to be quite long. Is there an elite or First class line that can be used in T2 & T4?
- I can use the ST lounge in T4 since my trip is before the change to *A, correct? Seems to be quite nice.
- Is there an AF or other ST lounge available in T2?

Any other suggestions are welcome. I'll have a lot of time to kill at Heathrow...
