For redemption stays, what room type do they give you? If the IC offers you only a standard room, then don't even consider staying there as the standard rooms can be tiny. The rooms at the Grand are larger but the service can be very slow. The food at the Grand is expensive (31 Euros for buffet breakfast) and not as good as the IC.
