OTOH, ORD and SFO seem to be in rather upscale areas. Both surrounded by lots of high end airport hotels.

The old Austin airport used to be in one of the shadiest parts of Austin at the time (this was pre-1998), though the site is now a rather upscale residential and shopping area and the new airport is in an ok area.
