As is said above, its property by property. I've stayed at quite a few of the different chain members and have been treated (for the most part) well at all of them. A few were less than I expect and I brought it up with the manager and the situation was rectified. Some have went out of their way (Atlanta perimeter HGI and Secaucus NJ Hampton) and I award them the best way I can, with more business.
