I also agree about the stinginess and the meager wine selection. I usually order several glasses of champagne throughout the flight especially if I don't feel sleepy. One time after several glasses, the lead flight attendant challenged whether I was of legal drinking age while giving me a new glass. I was 10 years past the drinking age and didn't know whether I should take her comment as a compliment or not.
