A few of my favorites, the Sengoku Jiman shop just south of the JR Sugamo stn. This is standing only ramen shop but the soup is great.

The other one is a noodle shop where the dough is shaved directly into boiling pot with a knife, Chinese style. It is located on a back street southwest of the Ginza line Suehirocho Stn. in Akihabara. This is usually my last lunch before heading to Narita for the flight home. The soup is rather spicy and adding a few slices of pork cost Y250. Be careful not to press the extra spicy button on the ticket machine.
