I am flying R class with Finnair soon. How long (typically) should I wait before the miles will show up on my AAdvantage account?

I also have a Finnair Plus account. I was planning to use my Finnair Plus miles to upgrade two sectors (out of 4) in my Finnair R class itinerary. Will I still be able to earn 1.5 AAdvantage EQP + 1 AAdvantage RDM on these upgraded flights?

If so, is it likely it will take a long longer (and potentially hassles claiming missing miles etc) for these upgraded Finnair flight to show up in my AAdvantage account? I understand I will earn AAdvantage miles based on the class I purchased (i.e. R class) regardless I will be flying business
