For a roundtrip from Australia to London on say, Cathay Pacific's new First Class cabins, plus return on either QF or BA's new First Class seats, one needs only 260K miles. Okay, its still a lot when compared to other FFPs. eg AA needs only 160K miles.

For similar award on Singapore Airlines' offerings on their 77W aircrafts, (no Suite Class suites available), one might be looking at cashing out 1.558 million miles!
Hence my question. The only reason why I would want SQ miles is because I need to book something which can only be booked by them. And this might be SQ premium cabins or maybe the odd Silk Air Flight.
Everything else can be booked more efficiently using other *A miles or just stay with OW.
