Yes, I have to agree!. I had the best AC experience this weekend, that I have had in a long long time and we should take the time to salute above and beyond service!.
On both outbound and return segments as well. That is really expectional!. Usually one is luck, but two. Things are looking up!.
It is amazing what a little postive AC experience can do to your usually stressful travel day.
Keep it up everyone, it really makes a difference.
