Did Air Asia say that they will refund you?
Two days ago I telephoned Air Asia's customer service desk in Bangkok, gave my booking reference and politely enquired why the flight had been cancelled.

After listening the agent asked "You want to cancel your flight sir ?"

No, I said (and spoke more slowly), Air Asia have cancelled the flight, please explain what will happen to my booking.

The reply was "You want to cancel your flight sir?"

After a few minutes I said I would send an email instead.

Today I have received a reply informing me that we're transferred to the morning flight. It is dissapointing to lose 12 hours in Hanoi but that's life.

I am still looking forward to my first flight with Air Asia and have booked a second flight with them.
