Yes very true.
When I was there from about 6am to 10.30ish there was quite a lot of people coming and going most heading for the showers on entering and mainly business looking types......you know, the ones who walk with a purpose rather than the dawdling tourist types.
I have read that it can become very quiet around 12 onwards so there would seem to be little point in having it open any later than 2pm just for the odd straggler who might pop-in. At that time of the day they really should be on there way to wherever instead of hanging about the airport.
