I've always preferred 11K on WT+ dayflights, as there's no row next to you it does actually feel very private, especially if you've got the pair to yourself.
Single advantage of 12A is that service starts there, from my experience.

Bonus of both seats is that you get to see all the various contortions crew members come up with to navigate the red ropes separating you from the ever elusive F cabin...
