I have had a similar issue with Orbitz and Copa and after e-mailing Copa multiple times and sending in complaint forms I received no response. I also reported Orbitz to the better business bureau after they were not helpful, but that still did not work.
If you find out any information on a better contact for Copa I would like to know since my issue with them is still not resolved.
