Guided flight tour of London with commentary

I recently flew into LHR on a domestic trip and was treated to a running commentary on the way in from a cabin crew who was in the jump seat on the flight deck.

The first landmark was Wembley. We all assumed that this was a bit of a joke as a very large number of very important football related VIP were onboard. However the chirpy chap then proceed to tell us everything from the city, counting the bridges, the London eye, all out to Kew. It was a brilliant laugh and after a long day brought a smile to everyone. In theory it could have been really annoying but it was simply brilliant.

Anyone had similar?
