Neither name nor number of persons indicated in the reservation can be changed on the web site. In both cases reservations offices have to contacted for assistance and - as I don't see any indication that reservations are non transferable - they will adjust accordingly.

From what I know individuals may maintain only one PC account and are allowed to collect points or miles on all Eligible Charges for up to nine hotel rooms (good for North America hotels other than IC only). Those rooms have to be used in conjunction with the member's stay at the same hotel his PC Rewards member number has to recorded on each reservation.

It looks like that within PC program its not necessary that reservations have to match the name on the program membership card exactly. As a result, on all eligible stays the owner of the account # which is on file will earn points/miles and on all stay the person who is physical present will enjoy on site benefits.
