After some research I think the best deal is to go thru the link on the first page. Correct me if I'm wrong:

If I go thru Mileathon I get
5,000 miles (30pts) for applying thru mileathon
20,000 miles after 1st purchase
5,000 for authorized users
30,000 Total

If I just apply on Continental.com I get
20,000 miles after 1st purchase
5,000 for authorized users
25,000 Total

Going thru the link
25,000 miles after 1st purchase
5,000 for authorized users
10,000 after first anniversary
40,000 Total

For each of these offers the application is the same. However if there was a place to put promo code (TB6599) possibly one could get the 40K miles by applying through mileathon for an additonal 5,000 miles. Any ideas?
