Ok, now that we know how 0200 works, how do we figure out how the 0150 "ONLINE BOOKING BONUS" works?

Also, the 0100 "STAYBRIDGE SUITES BONUS"?

Then I think it's at 0050 there's "INTERCONTINENTAL PEACE OF MIND". (I did find something about a "peace of mind" promo at Intercontinental on the web, but it didn't seem to require a registration code. So I'm not sure what this code does even after looking at the web page of IC's.)

And then in the 0001..0003 range, at least two of them seemed to work, one telling me I did a "PRIORITY CLUB FALL ACTIVATION" (huh?), another telling me "HOLIDAY INN SCORE BIG FLL 2000". (Is the latter specific to Fort Lauderdale or something?)
