Nature Air was a lot of fun. The trip to Quepos was on a Beech King Air and took about 25 mins (as opposed to the 3.5+ hours by car). You'll leave out of a small airport in SJ, and you won't have to go through security - just check in & show your passport. Manuel Antonio is a great place to spend time exploring nature and the beach, but be sure to have a guide, or you'll miss a lot of interesting wildlife. San Jose would be worthwhile on a Saturday night for the bars. Otherwise, I could not find a reason to spend more than one day there. Villa Roca is very convenient to the main gay bar, Tutu, in Manuel Antonio (about 1 block). Have a great time! I certainly did.
