I purchased a BASICA class flight from BLQ-BCN and TURISTA for the BCN-BLQ so I could get a refund if I finally didn't need the return flight. The problem is IB are not having any of it and denied my refund saying that the BASICA class conditions apply to the whole ticket. The problem is I paid 300 Euro more to have the privilegde to be able to cancel the return should I wish to and there is nothing in their terms and conditions about this rule.
