Not a fine restaurant, but I stopped twice at MOS Burger (in Akihabara and Shimbashi) recently. For 320 yen it's a burger with a swiss type of melted cheese, tomato, onion, a tasty chili, all in a bun. I prefer it to In-N-Out hands down.
