Having been at FS Hualalai when it is 100% sold out, I can say that the place does not feel like its sold out or crowded. The Hualalai residences are so upper end and have so many other amenities, I dont think that many of the residents spend a lot of time at the hotel portion. Similarly, we have always found service exceptional, in many ways as Goodmorning2U suggested, like the George V.
