I strongly recommend you read your next newsletter. I cut out the page and keep it in an envelope with my HI employee bonus certificates, so when an employee makes that same statement I can show them, in writing, that Platinum members are, in fact entitled to free upgrades.
You're missing out. Is it fool proof? Of course not, but it works an aweful lot.
