Congrat to your Plat status michaelr!

I can only tell you about European, Middle East and Asian properties that I´ve stayed at the past 4 months:

CP Bangkok: Upgraded without asking.
HI Dubai: Executive room without asking +free breakfast.
IC Dubai: Upgraded after asking +lounge and breakfast.
HI Frankfurt: Upgrade to suite.
