I just recently made Plat with 6c. What are your experiences with upgrades? I want to say I have received very few. I am staying often at the gov't rate but this should not preclude me from getting upgrades (at least I can't find a reference in the rules).

Do you ask at checkin for the upgrade? Does it ever happen automatically?
