There are no difference between 2 class C and 3 class C, what are you concern about ? Since you had mentioned in the earlier post this is an award ticket, don't think they are going to let you sit in F if it is 3 class as it is not going to happen. They are very strict about who get to sit in F even you ask and beg.

There is no ANA lounge in IAD, NH use AF lounge, when you checkin, they should print you a lounge invite.
