The whole meal service took about 2 hours (I was in 6E). Kudos to the flight attendeant - so glad it wasn't a rushed service just so he could read a magazine for 3 hours.
Every time I flew this route in the past years, I looked forward to the TW 757s with their superior seats up front, and the video screens which were deployed throught out the aircraft. I suspect you flew one of the Mad Dogs, an inferior aircraft to the TW 757s which flew these routes.
