you seem to forget DL's culture is one that believes the airline exists to service their employees, pax are only a way to generate revenue to take care of the employees (and trust me there's a lot of Kool-Aid in DL Elites water these days...someone yesterday tried to tell me DL wasn't at fault for their service issues during the storms because the storms were pop-ups....I guess DL isn't aware of another home town company called The Weather Channel...those folks across town knew about the storms over a week before hand yet because it was a pop-up storm for DL (who has access to the industry award winning NWA Meterological Team) continued to send planes to ATL when they didn't have any gates available nor did they have crews to move the planes at the gates so folks could deplane)
PS I could be a real jerk and state NWA refused to send any planes to ATL during the storm but that was DL's decision made months ago...alas NWA no longer services ATL
