I have had many troubles with the Four Points by Sheraton Miami Beach. They are refusing to credit a charge they have made to my credit card in error. I just called Frits. He will call you within the hour. He put it on the top of his priority list.
Also, sometimes it takes up to a week for the credit to actually show up on your online bill. Be patient. If they said they did it, wait and see if it is applied.
