Delta used to have a very nice hub at CVG. I always enjoyed using the airport. Then Delta made the boneheaded move to charge an arm and a leg (and a breast, wing and thigh) for O&D traffic and drove a large segment of users and potential users to neighboring airports for cheaper fares. Then DL had the cojones to shake its head in wonder as to why people would choose to drive 100 miles in any direction to save money on their fare.
