Are you sure?

Were you just looking at the availability display in AC's system? or did you actually try booking it to see what the response would be?

For AC's system, the PNR may actually needs to be "ended" and re-retrieved before (as it shows up as "pending" if a manual sell is done) it is known for sure where there is availability.
