Booked The Strings a couple of times using 40K & given Deluxe rooms with 2 PM check out, free access to gym & (small) sauna.

Consider saving your 15K at Narita Tobu & using cash. Booked the Free Breakfast Pack & the upgrade given even to Plats, they had us in the nicer West Wing, brekkie, access to the pool & fitness center & free wifi all in for less than $100.
