I have been flying through Singapore for years, but - I must admit - I have never ever seen the city. I found a nice offer for my next trip, so I plan to spend 3 days in the city, before continuing my trip to India.

My question: I arrive at 1:35 (AM) to Singapore. Other times when I only passes through Changi during my trip, I had a nice routine to spend there the night, but this time, planning to stay I am not sure what to do.

What are my options? Should (can) I go directly to my hotel? In my reservation should I ask for early check-in or it is a late arrival?

Anybody have experience with these stopover offers?

I would really appriciate any hotel recommendations (I do understand that the options are limited in this offer.)
