I am a fan of the IC Tokyo Bay, but I totally agree with DoubleJ that it's a matter of personal preference. The IC Tokyo Bay has very nice views of the river/bay, but it's quite worn and in need of a remodel. The Strings is in a totally different class (but it also costs twice as much). I only stayed at the ANA a couple of times, but it's nowhere near as nice as the Strings, and isn't as unique as the IC Tokyo Bay.
