Small salad, no cognac, paper tray liner, etc. Flew upfront CO IAH-HNL this month.White linen service, crabmeat & shrimp appetizer, fresh plated salad, choice of Sterling Silver New York Strip, Spinach & Cheese stuffed chicken breast w/port wine sauce, or truffle and potato filled tortellini with mushroom sauce. Ice cream sundae cart for dessert and cognac! "Best in class"? Seriously.
