Follow-up: I wrote to the Priority Club Service Centre Asia Pacific to ask them to cancel both membership cards.

As a reply, I only got: "Pleased to inform you that we have excluded both account from your (sic!) mailing list".

No explanation as to why those were sent, no acknowledgement for the trouble taken to write. It feels like I'm the one asking them a favour! So much for customer service.
