May I ask about recent quality in Europe? I am seeing challenges at some locations, ones which I use quite regularly, and have narrowed it down to those using Swisscom. Sometimes I have to reconnect every 2-3 minutes, and often download the program again.
Other locations can be spotty, others work very well. But I am curious to hear any other reports, and I encourage users to report service issues. The CS reps always ask when I switch back and forth how I find the non-US service, and the more we report issues I am certain the fewer issues in the long run.
I have had times when I reported issues at a particular location and service did improve markedly.
