I ended up calling them from the Netherlands and no luck on getting my previous couple of days charges covered. I guess the only good news is that they bill premium charges day by day so I have a few smaller charges rather than one big lump sum, less likely to be notice on my expense reports (should be ok either way, but it's always nice not to have to explain a screwup to your boss )

If Boingo will prorate the monthly fee, how does this work with the limit on minutes? There's a 2000 limit per month, if I switch back to the North American plan after a couple of days is it a problem that I used ~400 minutes during that time?
