Making the milk run to SIN for $250USD to achieve it is a reasonably good deal; except when I consider time and overnight stay required. Anyone know of any good HK-based same-day *A mileage runs?

The 1 AM to 6 AM turn in SIN just barely qualifies as overnight, and if using the transit hotel at Changi you can sleep most of that time. If I were in your shoes, I would consider this option.
