YYJ is nice and close, and with 20 something flights per day it could be done in an evening! However, 200$ AI will only get you in at T fares. T+ can be done for 300$ and each 20 minute segment will get you 500 status points.

SEA is also nice and close, and T+ fares can had for under 300$ return AI.
